This regulatory instrument may be cited as the Order of Transfer of Regulatory Oversight of the Electricity Market in Ogun State from Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (“NERC” or the “Commission”) to the Ogun State Electricity Regulatory Commission (“OGERC”).
