This regulatory instrument may be cited as the Order of Transfer of Regulatory Oversight of the Electricity Market in Edo State from Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (“NERC” or the “Commission”) to the Edo State Electricity Regulatory Commission (‘ESERC”).
