This regulatory instrument may be cited as the Order of Transfer of Regulatory Oversight of the Electricity Market in Oyo State from Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (“NERC” or the “Commission”) to the Oyo State Electricity Regulatory Commission (‘OSERC”).
