In exercise of its power to make Regulations conferred upon it by Sections 34 and 226 of the Electricity Act (“EA”), the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission issues the following Regulations on the Procedure for Electricity Tariff Reviews in the Nigerian Electricity Supply Industry 2024.
