NERC REGULATIONS ON THE PROCEDURE FOR TARIFF REVIEWS IN NESI 2024
In exercise of its power to make Regulations conferred upon it by Sections 34 and 226 of the Electricity Act (“EA”), the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission issues the following Regulations on the Procedure for Electricity Tariff Reviews in the Nigerian Electricity Supply Industry 2024.
Addendum to KPI Order
This regulatory instrument shall be cited as Addendum — 1 to the Order on Performance Monitoring Framework for Distribution Companies (“DisCos”) July 2024.
Transfer of Regulatory Oversight from NERC to OGERC (IBEDC)
This regulatory instrument may be cited as the Order of Transfer of Regulatory Oversight of the Electricity Market in Ogun State from Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (“NERC” or the “Commission”) to the Ogun State Electricity Regulatory Commission (“OGERC”).
