This regulatory instrument may be cited as the Order of Transfer of Regulatory Oversight of the Electricity Market in Niger State from Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (“NERC” or the “Commission”) to the Niger State Electricity Regulatory Commission (“NSERC”).
