The regulatory instrument may be cited as the Order of Transfer of Regulatory Oversight of the Electricity Market in Lagos State from Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (“NERC” or the “Commission”) to the Lagos State Electricity Regulatory Commission (“LASERC”).
