This regulatory instrument may be cited as the Order of Transfer of Regulatory Oversight of the Electricity Market in Plateau State from the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (“NERC” or the “Commission”) to the Plateau State Electricity Regulatory Commission (“PSERC”).
