NERC Vice Chairman Declares Customer Service Week 2024 Open

The Vice Chairman of the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission, NERC Dr Musiliu Oseni has declared the Customer Service Week 2024 opened with the theme: ‘Above and Beyond’.

While declaring the week opened, he charged the staff to explore all avenues in surmounting challenges in meeting and exceeding customer expectations.

He also acknowledged the incredible efforts made by every staff of the Commissions towards delivering outstanding service.

In his words: “CSW isn’t just a celebration, it is an opportunity to reaffirm our commitment to service excellence”.
