This regulatory instrument may be cited as the Order of Transfer of Regulatory Oversight of the Electricity Market in Nasarawa State from
Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (“NERC” or the “Commission”) to the Nasarawa State Electricity Regulatory Commission (“NASERC”).
