This regulatory instrument may be cited as the Order of Transfer of Regulatory Oversight of the Electricity Market in Ekiti State from Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (“NERC” or the “Commission”) to the Ekiti State Electricity Regulatory Bureau (“EERB”).
