Application Requirements
Completed application form shall be accompanied with:
- CBN License or Permit
- Agreement with the Distribution Company (DisCo)
- Authorization from the Bank
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years
- VAT Registration Certificate
- List of sub-agents
- API System Integration Agreement with NIBSS
Applicable Fees
- Registration Fee: NGN 100,000
