Mandatory Documents

Completed application form with all required attachments including:

• Certificate of registration / Certificate of incorporation / Memorandum and Articles of Association (as applicable)
• Tax Clearance Certificate for the immediate past three (3) years
• CVs of key technical personnel
• Detailed schedule of plant sizes and locations (if more than one location)
• Technical data with single line diagram of power plant showing cable sizes and protective devices
• Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Approval

License Fees (Generator Capacity)

• 1 – 10 MW: NGN 200,000
• 11 – 20 MW: NGN 250,000
• 21 – 30 MW: NGN 300,000
• 31 – 40 MW: NGN 450,000
• 41 – 50 MW: NGN 500,000
• 51 – 100 MW: NGN 550,000
• Above 100 MW: NGN 700,000

Amendment / Renewal Fee

• NGN 50,000
