Stakeholders’ Meeting Towards the Implementation of the Provisions of the Electricity Act, 2023

The NERC Chairman and Commissioners participated in a stakeholders' meeting on the presentation of a roadmap towards the implementation of the provisions of the Electricity Act, 2023. The meeting which held at the Marriott Hotel in Lagos, on Tuesday, April 17, 2024, drew participants from the federal, subnational level and the private sector towards supporting a transition to multi-tier electricity regulatory market.
