NESI Stakeholders Tackle Critical Sector Issues at 4th Meeting

The 4th NESI Stakeholders Meeting of 2025 convened regulators and operators in Abuja to discuss key sector developments, including tax reforms, regional power markets, grid operations, and market remittances.

In his opening address, Vice Chairman Dr. Musiliu Oseni issued firm warnings on DisCo cooperation with state regulators, metering performance, and customer refunds.

Commissioners also outlined enforcement measures to ensure compliance, reinforcing NERC’s resolve to uphold regulatory standards and protect consumers.
