NERC Sensitizes Power Consumers, Resolves Complaints at Gombe Townhall Meeting


The Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) has urged customers to take advantage of the NERC Contact Centre, the forum offices, and all other channels available to address complaints on electricity supply services.
This was the core message at a town hall meeting and complaint resolution forum that NERC organised in Gombe, which started on Thursday and ended on Saturday.
Scores of electricity consumers and customers of Jos Electricity Distribution Company (JEDC) attended the town hall meeting and made enquiries as management officials of NERC responded to the enquiries accordingly.
