NERC Joins in Global Celebration of 2025 Customer Service Week


The Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) joined the global celebration of Customer Service Week 2025, themed “Mission Possible.”

In his remarks, the Vice Chairman, Dr. Musiliu Oseni, urged staff to enhance regulatory performance, streamline operational processes, and strengthen accountability to drive greater progress within the electricity sector.

The second day of the Customer Service Week celebration at NERC featured a spirited inter-division quiz competition.

It was all fun and cheer on Day 4 of Customer Service Week as NERC staff enjoyed cake-cutting, games, and photo sessions at the Headquarters!

What a feast for the senses! NERC staff celebrated Day 5 of Customer Service Week with a vibrant Cultural Delicacy Exhibition — a day dedicated to showcasing Nigeria’s rich traditions through food, fashion, and creativity.

Each division represented a geopolitical zone, turning out in stunning native attire and serving signature regional dishes that were judged on taste, presentation, creativity, attire, and introduction. From flavour to flair, everybody truly ate and served!
