Invitation To A Rate Review Hearing For Aba Power Limited Electric

The Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) has received an application for an Extraordinary Tariff Review from Aba Power Limited Electric (APLE). APLE is the electricity distribution company licensed by the Commission to distribute power in the Aba Ring Fence Area of Abia State. Pursuant to Sections 10(d) and Section 28(e) of the Regulations on the Procedures for Electricity Tariff Reviews 2024, the Commission is inviting stakeholders in the Nigerian Electricity Supply Industry (NESI) and the general public to a public hearing on the rate review as follows:
