The Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) invites competent and reputable service providers to submit Expressions of Interest (EoI) for key consultancy services for 2026. Available Lots:

• Lot C1: Engagement of a Consultant for a National Electricity Consumer Enlightenment Campaign on Consumer Rights, Metering Initiatives, and Electricity Market Reforms
• Lot C2: Engagement of a Consultant for Advocacy and Stakeholder Education Campaign on Nigeria’s Transition to a Competitive Wholesale Electricity Market
• Lot C3: Engagement of a Consultant for the Production of Documentaries on ‘’Distribution Sector Recovery Programme (DISREP)’’ and the ‘’Transfer of Electricity Markets Oversight to State Electricity Regulatory Bodies (SERs).’’
• Lot C4: Engagement of a Consultant to Produce a Pilot Strategic Digital Influencer Campaign Series
