NERC Monitors Electricity Complaints Resolution In Calabar
The Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) is monitoring an ongoing customer complaints resolution forum in Calabar, Cross River State.
Customers of the Port Harcourt Electricity Distribution Company (PHEDC) are coming to the venue and getting their complaints resolved by PHEDC staff.
The session ends on Saturday, 10th August 2024. If you have a complaint about the electricity supply in your area, you can visit the venue at The Metropolitan Hotel, Calabar Road in Calabar to get it addressed.
