Nnenna Ahukannah
Ms Ahukannah is a partner at Atlas Law Firm, a multi-jurisdictional law practice operating in Washington DC and Nigeria. She has a diverse professional background with over 25 years of law practice experience and over a decade of managing business ventures.  

Prior to joining Atlas Law Group, Ms Ahukannah was the General Counsel of a Virginia-based software development company where she handled complex government contract negotiations, technology & software licensing, intellectual property and other corporate issues. She has been listed in Who is Who in American Law, and Who is Who in America. She has also served on the board of several companies and organizations, including the American International School of Abuja and a micro-finance bank in Nigeria.

In 2010, Ms Ahukannah started MCAF Associates, a consultancy firm involved in conflict analysis and management as well as project financing.

Ms Ahukannah holds several university degrees including a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from Temple University, Philadelphia, USA; a Master of Science (B.S.) degree in Alternative Conflict Resolution from George Mason University, Virginia, USA; and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the University of Nigeria (UNN). She also holds Certificates for the completion of several executive courses on infrastructure regulation from various institutions including the John F. Kennedy School of Government Executive Education, Cambridge, MA; and The Institute for Public-Private Partnerships (IP3), Washington DC.

She is a member of the Nigerian bar and holds licenses to practice law in the State of New York, the District of Columbia, and the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA.
