Dr Hussaini Muhammed
Dr Hussaini Muhammed is a pioneer staff of Nigeria Deposit Insurance (NDIC) where he voluntarily retired in 2005 as a Director. He served variously as Executive Director to a number of banks during CBN/NDIC Interim Management Boards: his last position was Managing Director/CEO Trade Bank in Liquidation Ilorin.

Dr Muhammed attended American Universities for his Professional Education. He also attended Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) U.S. and the Federal Reserve (FED) as a Bank Examiner. He has a PhD in Banking and Finance from the University of Benin. He is a Professional Member of a number of Professional Bodies including AIB, NIM, Inst. of Strategic Management etc. respectively was a Senior Budget Analyst, Niger State and Senior Investment Executive with the New Nigeria Development Company (NNDC) Kaduna. He subsequently transferred his services to Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) as Assistant Director in 1984.

Dr Hussaini Muhammed is currently a Non-Executive Commissioner with the SEC. He is currently 2nd Vice President Capital Market Academics Association of Nigeria (ACMAN). He lectures in both Turkish and the University of  Abuja MBA Programme. Occasionally appears in NTA and Trust TV on topical Financial Issues.
Dr Muhammed is a sports lover and a die-hard Arsenal supporter. His other interests include Swimming, Jogging and being a lover of jazz music.

He is currently the Managing Director and Chief Executive (CEO) of Muregi Associates, Management and Financial Advisory Services, Abuja, Nigeria.
